Project Brief:

The proposed research project aims to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the socio-economic impact of the Hyderabad Mirpurkhas Dual Carriageway (HMDC) Project in Sindh. This project involves assessing the implications of reduced travel time, employment generation, and economic development under the HMDC Project. Additionally, it aims to evaluate the efficacy of the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model employed in its implementation. Data analysis will involve both quantitative statistical analysis and qualitative thematic analysis to derive meaningful conclusions. The research findings will serve as a valuable resource providing evidence-based insights to inform decision-making. The research aims to contribute to the enhancement of infrastructure development strategies and foster inclusive growth and development in the region by evaluating the HMDC

Project’s socio-economic impact and the PPP model’s application.
