Nazam Maqbol is currently working as an (Environmental & Development) Economist/Manager at the RASTA, PIDE Islamabad (January 2021 – ). Earlier, Mr. Maqbool worked as a Senior Research Fellow for the Mahbub ul Haq Research Centre, LUMS University (July 2016 – Sep 2020) and the Mahbub ul Haq Human Development Centre (March 2007 – June 2016). He also taught courses in Microeconomics & the Economy of Pakistan (Sep 2002 – Sep 2004) at the undergraduate level. His research focuses on Environmental & Development Economics with a special focus on Water Resources Management.
